问题出现在更新后的数据库字段编码：
解决办法：
修改v9_keyword和v9_keyword_data表内字段的编码为系统所使用的编码。

我坚信这个错误不是纪念四川512地震的。
解决办法：很莫名其妙。
去官网首页去下个新的版本，不要使用原来的版本+补丁。
重新安装，注意数据备份
